Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges within the first 14 days after your order has been delivered to you. Please email us neublboutique@outlook.com to enquire about the exchange process. 

The shipping cost must be covered by the customer, once we receive the package we will carry out the necessary checks to make sure the product can be sold again.

Once we are happy with the results we will get back to you with the next steps of the exchange process.

Please be aware if your chosen exchange products are not in stock, you will have to wait till the restock to continue with your exchange.

Shipping 

Ireland 

Standard Shipping to ROI takes between 2-3 working days to be delivered. 

Europe

Standard Shipping within Europe takes between 2-7 working days. 

Please note: shipping may take a longer time than stated above depending on location and other factors that are out of our control.

Rest of the world

Standard Shipping to United States, Australia and Rest of the world takes between 7-10 working days. Shipping time may take up to three weeks depending on location.
